Check inhaler technique with the phone you already have.

AeroSleeve is a clip-on sleeve for metered-dose inhalers. Paired with a phone app, it points out what went wrong with each dose. Nothing to charge, nothing to pair.

Between 50 and 90% of people who use inhalers make at least one critical technique error.

Technique gets checked in the clinic, if it gets checked at all: someone watches you take a dose and corrects you. Most patients never get that second look, and a dose taken wrong delivers less medicine to the lungs.

Existing tools either count puffs without knowing how they were taken, or coach in the moment and keep no record a clinician can review.

See it on a real inhaler.

We'll bring a printed sleeve and the app, and walk through what it catches today and what's still in testing.

One plastic part. Your phone does the rest.

The sleeve is a single part with no electronics, and the app runs on a phone the patient already owns.

Fits the inhaler you use
Clamps to the outside of the inhaler body. Nothing changes about the medicine or how it's taken.
Checks how, not just when
Designed to flag common technique mistakes and explain the fix, instead of only logging that a dose happened.
Nothing to charge
No battery, no Bluetooth pairing, no second device. If the phone is nearby, it works.

How it compares

Other approaches count puffs, coach in the moment, or live in the clinic. AeroSleeve is built to do all three jobs without the cost of electronics.

A simplified shape. Internal features of the production design are left out.

  • Air path untouched

No part of the sleeve crosses the mouthpiece, the spray, or the canister. We check this on every design iteration.

  • Cheap to make

One part, no assembly, no electronics. Built to be molded at volume.
